This week we celebrate Mother’s day! If you are alive and reading this post, then you have a Mom to celebrate or even a Mother figure in your life to thank for getting you to where you are today.
But, there’s a slight chance that YOU are the Mom being celebrated! We know just how hard you work to make your home a beautiful and wonderful place to raise your family. And we know how hard it is for you to find time for yourself. Maybe you’ve made some fitness goals and haven’t been able to quite stick to them 100%.

Chana Balk does a fantastic workout with CafeMom’s Studio and this was our favorite 30-Minute HIIT Cardio workout. This workout uses high-intensity exercises to get your heart going, followed by lower intensity exercises to lower your heart rate. This is a great workout for moms to relieve stress and keep your energy levels high. We can all use an energy boost right?
Jen Porsche with MoveTube shows Moms how to get their body back. Who needs weights when you can use your baby in this resistance training cardio and arms exercise! Of course, safety is always first, but most babies love the lifts and twists that this workout brings. Try it out with your baby!
This Mommy and Me workout video by BodyFitBy Amy focuses on the lower body and legs. This is a great one if your baby is still working on head and neck control and you need to cradle them more. Your baby will still give you tons of smiles and laughs! Take this chance to not only bond with your baby, but get in an awesome workout.
For those of you who’s babies might be a little bigger, take advantage of the extra weight! This cardio strength training video is awesome from Keaira LaShae, fitness enthusiast and creator of MOVE - online fitness training via superherofitnesstv. You won’t be able to resist trying it out with your toddler. Watch her baby girl smile as Keaira dances throughout this workout!
