Have you ever had a "what if" moment?  

When I first start on my journey of healthy living I really wanted to be able to run 4 miles non-stop.  Now, that's not that big of a goal but for someone who has hardly run anywhere, it was a goal.  Starting out, I didn't believe in the runners high, that was a lie.  But instead of thinking, "Oh well, I'll never be able to be athletic or keep up the pace," I instead took charge of my own thoughts and starting thinking instead, "What if I could run that far?"  I would be able to exercise my body, gain endurance, lose weight and feel good about myself!  

By simply changing my thinking pattern and putting thoughts into action, I was able to train harder and achieve my simple little running goal.  

Don't let your thoughts hold you back this week!  What if you plunged into that project you've been putting off or that fitness routine you've procrastinated on?  What if you actually starting becoming successful in achieving all of these goals we've been mentioning weekly?!  You'd become your own superstar!

Here's a fun project.

Take pen and paper and answer the question, "What if...." for yourself 5 times.  

Pin the paper to your mirror and ask yourself these questions every morning and let me help motivate you to be awesome this week!
