Can you believe we are already in June? The year is halfway over but that means your fit goals are nowhere near to half way over. You’re just getting started! How have they been working out for you? Usually, this time of the year, you have two choices: You can evaluate where you are in your workout goals and you can either push harder and move forward, or you can consider the good job you’ve already done and start to slack off. There is a wrong answer here…(no slacking off!!!)
Don’t let this mid-year season be a valley for your workout goals! Like our quote suggests, you’ve already done the hard part by starting your fitness journey. Never stay where you were the day before! Continue pushing yourself to run faster, lift heavier, and do more reps! The results you have seen so far probably make you feel awesome, so just consider how wonderful it will be when you push into a great level.
You know all those gym selfies you see people post? The before and after pictures that really make you think, “Wow, that’s a huge difference, I wish I could do that.” Well, you can and you should. As hard as it might be to take selfies in your underwear, consider doing it for yourself so you can watch your own progress. No, you don’t have to post them on the internet for the world to see, but you can keep them for yourself and inspire yourself! Be your own inspiration!
