We’ve all been there. Others might say, “Been there, done that!” You’ve been in a situation wherein you have put all your efforts and dedication into your goal. You’ve given all your best, and yet, it came out the way you didn’t perceived it to be. Then you were completely unhappy and disappointed with the outcome, which resulted to thinking that, “I gave my best shot, but am I to give up?”. Leaving you wondering and having self doubt.
But we’re not here to preach you about life. We are here to motivate you and help you give yourself another shot. You can’t expect things to go the way you want them to be most of the time. Even experts themselves make mistakes and fail, because “Without failure, there is no success”. It only means that, once you failed your mission in life, doesn’t mean you didn’t do your best. Instead, it means that, that particular set of course or goal might not be the best path for you and God wants you to try a different game plan which will work best for you.
In order to achieve your goals, always keep these questions in ming:
What is it that you really wanted?
Why did you give up?
Do you really want it?
What does achieving it mean to you?
What is the impact it will have in your life?
But that’s not really the question, right? The real question is, how impressed/disappointed you are and what are you going to do about it.
Remember, it is very easy to give reasons but you don’t have to convince anyone or society that you gave your best shot. They are a bunch of external people that sometimes don’t care about you or your success. It’s you that you have to convince, how bad you really want something and what it means to your life. You just have to try everything in your power to achieve that, then ask yourself, did you get justice?
If yes, then nothing can stop you, not even the results.
