I lost count of how many times I wished for things to change that I had no control over. This led to self sabotage, tons of excuses and loads of wasted time. Excuses ranged from doubt to insecurities. But I realized I will never get time back and that it’s now or never.
So my question to you is, What has been on your mind lately that you’ve been wanting to accomplish or start pursuing? It can be anything from gaining 10 pounds of muscle or starting your own business.
Go ahead and take the initiative to better yourself and the world. You may succeed in not only improving yourself, but improving the lives of others. But don’t forget to focus on only those things you can control. Start with your exercise and eating habits along with some of those New Years Resolution goals you might have set 5 months ago!
