You’ve set some goals to improve your body and health. Next step; write them down and look at them every day. Better yet, set a reminder on your phone for when you wake up. Your first thought of the day will be to better than you were yesterday. As your busy day goes on, the last thing you want to do is a workout. “I’m tired.” You might be thinking. Or you might say, “There is always tomorrow.”
Truth is if we stop making excuses, we are no longer holding ourselves back. The satisfaction you get after a workout versus the feelings you get after skipping a workout should be all the motivation you need. Would you rather go to bed satisfied that you are a step closer to reaching your goal, or would you rather go to bed knowing you are even further away from reaching your goal?
With that being said, no one is perfect. You may skip a workout or two. But don’t be afraid to pick up where you left off and accomplish your dreams. Love yourself. Remember, you are good enough.
