You Cannot Fail

You’ve probably had plenty of people in your life tell you, “Oh, you can’t do that.”  But what would you do if you knew you could not fail?  Of course, failure is always a possibility in life but what if you were able to take some magic potion that guarantees your success in everything you do?  

Yes, we are just dreaming here and there really is no such potion other than the potion of hard work and determination.  But this statement is presented to open your mind at least to the possibilities and asks you what your priorities might be in life.  What are you doing to work towards those things that you would do if you knew you wouldn’t fail?  

Many of us have not even dared to dream in this unknown.  We don’t even know what we would want to do if given the opportunity, let alone the bravery to step out and try it without the fear of failure.  But yet there will always be risk involved in anything that is worth doing.  If it were easy everyone one would do it.  

When it comes to your fitness goals, you really cannot fail.  You can have bumps along the way but the dedication you put into your workout and eating habits will see you through to your success.  It won’t be overnight and there’s no magic potion or diet.  But it’s better than giving up and fearing the failure.
