No one ever became a badass without getting up, and hitting the gym. Being a badass is more than just physical, it's also your attitude. To be a badass we must have it all; strong mind, strong body. If you truly want to be a badass, you must change your outlook on life and live like it's the only life you've got. You'll work extra hard to be in great shape, you'll work even harder when you don't feel like, and no matter what, you'll never give up! After all, only a wimp would give up. No one wants to be a wimp. Take a risk and try something new at the gym. Add more challenges every week, and believe in yourself. Remember you are strong physically and mentally.
